Charles E. Moss Jr.
Textile employee
BLACKSBURG – Charles Edward Moss Jr., 42, of 750 Old Buffalo Church Road, died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2003, in Gaffney.
Born in Gaffney, he was the common-law husband of Robin Peace and son of Gloria Turney Sims of Mt. Holly, N.C., and the late Charles Edward Moss Sr. He was a textile employee.
Also surviving are two sisters, Becky Dogan of High Point, N.C., and Lynn Brown of Inman.
Family members are at their respective homes.
Arrangements are incomplete. Shuford-Hatcher Funeral Home is in charge.

Billy Joe Keller
Billy Joe Keller, 40, of 474 Roundtree Road, died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2003, at his residence.
Born in Gaffney, he was the husband of Rhonda Moore Keller and son of Leslie Skipper Keller of Gaffney and the late Willie "Bill" Carroll.
Also surviving are a son, Joey Keller of Blacksburg; a daughter, Christy Keller of Blacksburg; three stepsons, Christopher Vinesett, Robert Vinesett, both of Blacksburg, and Wayne Webb of Cliffside, N.C.; two stepdaughters, Amanda Webb and Niki Webb, both of Henrietta, N.C.; three brothers, Ricky, Tony and Jimmy; and a sister, Tanya.
The family is at the home of his mother, 106 Osment St.

Thomas W. Lester
BLACKSBURG – Thomas Wayne Lester, 52, of 1736 Blacksburg Hwy., Lot 8, died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2003, at his residence.
Arrangements are incomplete. White Columns Funeral Service of Gaffney is in charge.

Reedie Childers
Jackson County, Ga., native
Reedie Childers, 88, of 705 Florence St., died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2003, at his residence.
A native of Jackson County, Ga., he was the husband of Lorene Smith Childers and was a maintenance worker. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Shelby.
Also surviving are a daughter, Sylvia Veverka of West Palm Beach, Fla.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Mr. Childers was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Childers, and a son, Don Wayne Childers.
The family is at the residence.
