COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Officials in North Carolina and South Carolina will know later this year where the two states separate as they finish 18 years of work to re-establish the boundary. The State newspaper reports that their work could give scores of homeowners in both states new addresses, driver’s licenses and school districts.
