Sting at outlet mall nets 43.8 grams of powder cocaine

Narcotics officers set up a sting at Prime Outlets — Gaffney on Wednesday and seized more than 40 grams of powder cocaine.
Police have charged brothers Shavolo Ocosizeo Williams, 25, and Dontae Lamerro Williams, 22, both of Taylors with trafficking more than 28 grams but less than 100 grams of cocaine, according to a report at the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.
Agent Kevin Wilson of the Cherokee County Metro Narcotics Unit was working undercover when he got inside a car belonging to the two men and exchanged $1,100 cash for the 1 1/2 ounces of powder cocaine, the report states.
After Wilson exited the vehicle, narcotics agents blocked the Williams vehicle in and apprehended the suspects near the Bombay Outlet store.
Police seized the cash and 43.8 grams of cocaine.
