Anthony Lamar Phillips Jr. is celebrating his 3rd birthday today, Nov. 29. He is the son of Anthony and Clarissa (Kizzy) Phillips of Charlotte. Grandparents are Maxie and Mary Phillips of Charlotte and Hilda Houston of Gaffney. Godmother is Rosland Phillips of Gaffney. Hannah Celeaste Tatum was 2 years old Nov. 25.
