Club members receive tips on how to pamper themselves
The Tuesday Woman’s Club met on February 8 at the home of Mrs. Gene Childers with Mrs. Richard Baines and Mrs. Wayne Whiteside serving as co-hostesses. Mrs. George Morgan, president, presided.
Mrs. Whiteside introduced guests, Melissa Bowen and Shelly St. James, esthetician and owner of A-Diva Day Spa in Spartanburg. They presented an informative program on “How To Pamper Oneself.” They cited their many services such as massages, slimming wraps, glamour make-up, and skin, hair, and nail care. Mrs. St. James, who holds European certification, gave the club members tips on caring for the body at home, emphasizing eating a nutritious diet.
After the hostesses served a delicious dessert plate, the meeting was adjourned.
