April Lynne Ellis and Daniel Scott Gibson April Lynne Ellis and Daniel Scott Gibson, both of Gaffney, are engaged to be married. A wedding date has not been set.

Miss Ellis is the daughter of Sandra Owens and Bruce Ellis, both of Gaffney, and granddaughter of Irod Ellis and Richard Ellis of Gaffney and the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas C. Owens. She currently attends the School of Practical Nursing at Cherokee Technology Center.

Mr. Gibson is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Stacy of Gaffney and grandson of the late Betty Gibson. He is employed by Upstate Body Shop of Gaffney.
