The following cases have been disposed of by the Seventh Circuit Solicitor's Office in General Sessions Court:

Steve Roger Allison Jr. pleaded guilty to criminal domestic violence and was sentenced to five years in prison suspended to three years probation.

A drug charge against Kimberly M. Chatters has been dismissed. Karen Michelle Foster pleaded guilty to exploitation of a vulnerable adult and was sentenced to three years in prison suspended to five years probation. Foster was ordered to pay restitution and complete 50 hours of public service. Three counts of exploitation were dismissed.

Richard Stuart Hawkins pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor and was sentenced to three years in prison suspended to 130 days with a credit for time served. Hawkins must complete three years probation. A charge of criminal sexual conduct against Hawkins has been dismissed.

Luther Leach pleaded guilty to assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and was sentenced to five years in prison suspended to three years probation.

James C. Petty was found guilty of resisting arrest and failure to stop for a blue light and was sentenced to one year in prison.
