John Wesley Evans, modeled his dress hat and several of his caps while the judges deliberated and selected the winners who were (l-r) Damita Bridges, fourth place; Sharon Cauthen, third place; Lucendia Buckson Buchannan, third place; Marie Cunningham, fourth place; and Naomi Reid, first place.
