MR. AND MRS. BRYAN ALTON RUPPE April Elaine Brown and Bryan Alton Ruppe exchanged marriage vows on the beach Thursday, July 14, 2005. The Rev. Lamar Boulware conducted the 7:30 p.m. ceremony in North Myrtle Beach.

The bride wore a white spaghetti strap gown with a touch of lavender embroidery and crystals accenting the scooped neckline. She carried a bouquet of lavender roses.

The bride is the daughter of Terrill and Marcia Brown of Gaffney. Her grandparents are the late Willie and Goldie Brown, the late Nesbitt (Catfish) Stroupe and Ethel Stroupe Sprouse of Gaffney.

The groom is the son of Gilmer and Ruby (Sue) Ruppe of Gaffney. He is employed by Lin Pac Inc.
