St. Paul’s hosts Fall for Bingo
LCW president Mary Stratton and volunteer cook R.B. Bouknight discuss plans for “Fall for Bingo.” The men and women of St. Paul's Lutheran Church on Floyd Baker Boulevard are sponsoring "Fall for Bingo" on Saturday, Oct. 1, from 5-8 p.m. in the church fellowship hall.
Visitors can play Bingo for 25 cents a card or five cards for $1. Prizes will be given away with every game, including gift certificates from Blue Bay, Clock Restaurant, Daddy Joe's, Fatz Café, Love's Fish Box, Ruby Tuesday, Sagebrush and Shabby to Chic.
There will also be a variety of games for the children. A hamburger and hot dog supper with all the fixin's – slaw, baked beans, tea and soft drinks – will be $6 for adults and $3 for children. Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance from adult church members.
