Reward increased in bike shop murders case

Philadelphia philanthropist Joe Mammana, has provided additional money to aid in the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the Nov. 6, 2003 quadruple homicide at Superbike Motorsports in Chesnee.

Brian Lucas, Scott Ponder, Beverly Guy and Chris Sherbert were all killed with multiple shots. To date, no arrests have been made.

Joe Mammana says he hopes the $100,000 will bring information about the killings.

“We will find and prosecute these thugs. there’s no doubt in my mind”, Mammana said. “Whoever committed this gruesome crime must be caught and brought to justice.”
