Couple will renew wedding vows on Dec. 4

Winfred L. Blackwell Sr. and Carol Wisher Blackwell will renew their wedding vows on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2005, in an outside ceremony. A reception will follow the service.

Friends and family are invited to attend the ceremony that will be at 212 Osee St. in Blacksburg.
