ENGAGEMENT

Jason Ballard and Melissa Nivens Melissa Nivens of Clover and Jason Ballard of York will be married on April 22 at First United Methodist Church of Clover.

Miss Nivens is the daughter of Scott and Myra Nivens of Clover and granddaughter of Mable Pennington of Blacksburg. A 2002 graduate of Clover High School and 2004 graduate of York Technical College, she is employed by Shear Impact in Clover.

Mr. Ballard is the son of Keith Ballard and Linda Ballard, both of York. He graduated in 2002 from Clover High School and is employed by Price Brothers Inc. in Charlotte.
