Ann White Tumbling, 81, formerly of 802 Railroad Ave., died Sunday, March 5, 2006, in Upstate Carolina Medical Center.

A native of Gaffney, she was the widow of Jasper (Jack) Tumbling and daughter of the late Allie White and the late Ollie Jackson White. She was a homemaker, a devoted mother and member of Temple Baptist Church.

Surviving are a son, Gary Tumbling of Marietta, Ga.; three daughters, Tanya Linder of Columbia, Mo., Vicki Brock of Knoxville, Tenn. and Vera Tumbling of Columbia, S.C.; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at ShufordHatcher Chapel – Downtown, conducted by the Rev. Scott Kierstead. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:30-2 p.m. at the funeral home.
