Jesse Randolph, 85, of 1321 Pleasant School Road, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 4, 2006, in Upstate Carolina Medical Center.

A native of Gaffney, he was the husband of Patricia Thomas Randolph and son of the late Henry Randolph and Lillie Albright Randolph. He was retired from King's Mountain Chemical Company, was a farmer and of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Randolph is also survived by a daughter Cindy Tate and husband, Eric, of Gaffney; a brother, H.C. Randolph of Mooresville, N.C.; two sisters, Jenny Phillips and Aileen Randolph, both of Gaffney; and three grandchildren.

The family will receive friends today from 1-2 at Blakely Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. at Frederick Memorial Gardens, conducted by Rev. Sidney Norton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Heights Baptist Church, 1367 Pleasant School Road, Gaffney, S.C. 29341; or to Meals on Wheels, P.O. Box 1886, Gaffney, S.C. 29342.

The family will be at the residence.
