The Gaffney Rotary Club on Tuesday presented four of its members with Paul Harris Fellowships. Named for Rotary International's founder, the award is among the highest honor a Rotarian can achieve. The Fellowship award reads, in part, "in appreciation of tangible and significant assistance given for the furtherance of better understanding and friendly relations among peoples of the world."
