Gaffney native

Maggie Ross McCoy of 511 Hines St., High Point, N.C., passed away M o n d a y, March 20, 2006, at the home where she resided with her daughter in High Point.

Daughter of the late Mary Lee Ross, she was a native of Gaffney and a former member of White Plains Baptist Church in Gaffney.

Surviving are six children, Ophelia Davis, Mable Sarratt, James McCoy, all of Gaffney, Sarah McCoy Williams, Barbara Jean McCoy Mills, both of High Point, and Betty Heyward of Norfolk Va.; and a host of grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.

Arrangements are incomplete. People's Funeral Chapel of High Point is in charge of arrangements.
