Notices
An AARP Driver Safety Course will be taught April 25-26 from 1-5 p.m. at the Gaffney Senior Center for anyone 50 or older. There is no test. The fee is $10. Those completing the course can receive an auto insurance discount for three years. Both classes must be attended. The teacher will be Robert Keller. To sign up, call the Senior Center, 487-2725.
Special events
The GHS Drama I classes will present "Something's Rotten in the State of Denmark" by Joseph Wallace in the GHS Auditorium today, April 17, at 7 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for students.
Support groups
AA meetings are held in Gaffney on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights at 8 p.m. on Carlisle Street in the building behind Limestone Methodist Church. If you have a problem with alcohol, you are welcome to attend these meetings.
