Hiley M. Jackson Formerly employed by Peeler Rug Co. Hiley McGinnis Jackson, 93, of 499 Park Gate Road, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 28, 2006, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. A native of Gaffney, she was the daughter of the late Charles Jefferson McGinnis and Mary Bertie Humphries McGinnis and widow of Paul Leo Jackson. She was a homemaker and member of State Line Baptist Church. She was formerly employed by Peeler Rug Company. She is survived by four daughters, Dorothy Kuhn and husband, George, of Wellsburg, W.Va., Barbara Martin and husband, Harold, of Gaffney, Linda Parris and husband, Wayne, of Gaffney and Judy Shields and husband, Daniel, of Cooley Springs; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and two step-great-greatgrandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers. Services will be held today at 3 p.m. at State Line Baptist Church with the Revs. Eddie Bolin and Charlie Blackwell officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Body will be placed in the church at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at the church following the service. Memorials may be made to State Line Baptist Church Building Fund, 1328 State Line Road, Gaffney, S.C. 29341; or to Meals on Wheels, P.O. Box 1886, Gaffney, S.C. 29342.
