     OVERTURNED - Two people were transported to Upstate Carolina Medical Center after their vehicle overturned on Rutherford Highway (Hwy. 221) near the state line in the Cherokee Creek Fire District at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Firefighters had to extricate the driver from the vehicle. The S.C. Highway Patrol is investigating.
