Altrusa International Inc. of Gaffney will award a scholarship for the fall semester. The scholarship is restricted to enrollment in a program of human services, healthcare or education leading to a bachelor's degree.

Candidates for the scholarship must be a Cherokee County resident, a high school senior already accepted into one of the above mentioned programs or a college student already enrolled in one of the above mentioned programs.

To apply for this scholarship, the applicant must send a letter to Altrusa International of Gaffney which contains: 1) Name, address and telephone number; 2) Description of the educational program attending; 3) A brief statement of career and/or personal goals after education is complete; 4) Grade point average; 5) Any scholarships already received.
