TIGERVILLE - Dr. Charles F. Stanley, founder and president of In Touch Ministries and pastor of First Baptist Church Atlanta, delivered his commencement address before family and friends of 194 North Greenville University graduates in Turner Chapel on Thursday, May 4. This marks the largest single graduating class in the school's 114-year history.

The following local students were part of the record-breaking class of 2006: Robert Marshall Owen of Blacksburg; Meredith Ann Bridges; and Brittany Lane Moss, cum laude, both of Gaffney.
