The sign, valued at $150, belonged to Bobby Beattie and was located in Brandon Beattie's yard in the 100 block of Burgess Road in Gaffney.

Brandon Beattie said he noticed a silver four-door Pontiac parked nearby, police said. The incident occurred at 7:30 a.m. Saturday.
