Woods, Alexander receive scholarships

The Kappa League is based at GHS and is sponsored by the Gaffney Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.
The Kappa League is the fraternity's national service program. The fraternity presented awards to Kappa League members for community service, conduct, appearance, leadership and academics. Superlative awards were also given in these areas.
Kappa League members are Ben Alexander, Logan Auton, Jake Blanton, Zach Bridges, Jonathan Crossley, Jerrod Dawkins, Talmadge Dover, Tyrone Dover, Mark Earls, Alex Evans, Richard Good, Terry Hall, Rashaun Harris, Imari Jefferies, Marcus Lipscomb, O'Bryan Littlejohn, Daniel Moss, Malcolm Long, Davion Petty, Blake Oliver, Bryant Sarratt, J. B. Shippy, Jeffery Smith, Quinton Thomas, Tyson Willis, Willie Wilson and Zach Woods.
The Kappa Leaguer of the Year award was given to Jonathan Crossley.

B. Shippy, Jeffery Smith, Quinton Thomas, Tyson Willis, Willie Wilson and Zach Woods. Mack Stanley Memorial Scholarships went to Ben Alexander and Zachary Woods. Alexander will be attending Clemson University while Woods will be attending University of South Carolina-Honors College. The scholarship is named in memory of Mack Stanley, a charter member of the chapter and long-time educator in Cherokee County.
