Geraldine (Gerri) M. Davis, 67, of 119 15th St., went home to be with the Lord on M o n d a y, May 22, 2006, at her residence.

Born in G a f f n e y, she was the daughter of the late William Lamar Mullinax and Helen Stroupe Mullinax and widow of Homer Albert Davis Jr. She was owner/operator of Gerri Ho Inc. and was a member of Sardis United Methodist Church.

Surviving are four sons, Micah Lanier of Myrtle Beach, Mike Davis, Ricky Davis, both of Indianapolis, Ind., and Chris Davis of Georgia; four daughters, Sherry Bryant of Chesnee, Juann Davis of Indianapolis, Sheri Clayborn and Cathy Phillips, both of Georgia; two brothers, Bill Mullinax of Shelby and Tony Mullinax of Chattanooga, Tenn.; two sisters, Brenda Lanier of Gaffney and Dorothy Byars of Mooresboro; 21 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. today at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. immediately following visitation, conducted by Mr. Ashby Blakely. Interment will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Justin Humphries, Randy Humphries, Todd Mullinax, Willie Byars, Lacey Humphries and Jerry Lanier.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Care of S.C., 1612 N. Limestone St., Gaffney, S.C. 29341; or to Meals on Wheels, P.O. Box 1886, Gaffney, S.C. 29342.

Family members will be at their respective homes.
