Holton Guyton Holton Mitchell Guyton has joined the United States Marine Corps and will be leaving for boot camp immediately following graduation from Gaffney High School on June 6.

Guyton is a four-year member of the JROTC and a Cadet Major at GHS and was voted king of the military ball this year. A four-year member of the Band of Gold, he plays the trumpet and serves as brass captain of the marching band.

Guyton has been employed by Pizza Inn of Gaffney since 2003. He is the son of Carl and Loretta Guyton Mullinax and has a sister, Carla Mullinax. His grandparents are John and Eleanor Guyton and Ezell and Mary "Jackie" Mullinax, all of Gaffney.
