baseball camp

The Limestone College baseball team will hold several camps this summer for all ages. The hitting camp will take place today through June 13 from 9 a.m. until noon. The pitching/catching camp will be on June 14-15 from 9 a.m. until noon. Day camp will be July 17-20 from 9 a.m. until noon. The hitting and pitching/ catching camps each cost $100. tourney June 24-25

The 19th Annual Cherokee County Amateur Golf Championship will be held Saturday, June 24, at Gaffney Country Club and Sunday, June 25, at Cherokee National Golf Club.

Flights will be determined after the first 18 holes Championship A & B, First, Second, Third, Seniors 55-64, Seniors 65 & over. Championship flights will play from blue tees. Sunday and Senior flights will play from gold tees Sunday.

There is a $50 entry fee. Practice rounds may be played at either course during week of tourney for cart fee only. Participants can sign up at either club: Gaffney CC4894607; Cherokee National 4899417.
