Shever Jean Huskey Smith, 56, of 1610 Beech St., Lot No. 4, died Thursday, Nov. 9, 2006, at her home.

A native of Gaffney, she was the wife of Coy P. Smith and daughter of the late James Landrum Huskey and the late Annie Mae Manning Huskey. She was a spooler in textiles and a member of Tabernacle of Love.

Also surviving are a son, James P. Smith of the home; and two sisters, Brend Blackburn and Nancy Childers, both of Gaffney.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary Dean Huskey and Nathan Huskey.

The family is at the home.
