Jeffery Lee (Nig) Mullinax, 45, of 169 Marvin Road, passed away Friday, Nov. 10, 2006, at Upstate Carolina Medical Center.

Born in Gaffney, he was the husband of Sandra Lamb and the son of Mary Upchurch Mullinax and the late Marvin Mullinax. He was a former textile employee and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are a daughter, Crystal Michelle Mullinax of Blacksburg; four step-daughters, Donna Russell, Dottie Upton, Deana Moore and Becky Lamb, all of Gaffney; a stepson, Johnny Lamb of Gaffney; three brothers, Steven (Rat) Ray Mullinax, Marvin (Tarbaby) Mullinax Jr. and Roy C. Mullinax, all of Gaffney; three sisters, Ann Patterson, Lisa Lydia and Mary Mullinax Parker, all of Gaffney; three grandchildren, Cheali (Fat Cat), Cameron (Justice), Isaiah (Doot); 11 step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and a former wife, Pam Mullinax, of Blacksburg.

Funeral services will be held today at 4 p.m. at McKowns Mountain Baptist Church with the Revs. Dean Painter and Alan Peeler officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
