Olin D. Sellars
Olin D. Sellars, 72, of 102 Adams St., passed away Friday, Nov. 10, 2006, at his residence.
Born in Gaffney, he was the son of the late William Horace Sellars and Minnie Coyle Sellars. He was retired from the textile industry and was a former employee of Duke Power as a mechanic. Mr. Sellars was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are two brothers, Bobby E. Sellars and wife, Marjorie, of Spartanburg and Garland Sellars and wife, Ella Mae, of Blacksburg; a sister, Paunice Sellars of Gaffney; a niece, Beverly Smarr of Gaffney; and a nephew, Bobby Lynn Sellars of Gaffney.
Mr. Sellars was preceded in death by three brothers, Roy Sellars, Dewey Sellars and Rayford Sellars; and two sisters, Estelle McCain and Minnie Lee Nance.
Graveside services will be held today at 12:30 p.m. at Oakland Cemetery with Mr. Ashby Blakely officiating.
Visitation was held Sunday from 6-8 p.m. at Blakely Funeral Home.
