Circle of Grace plans candlelight service Dec. 24

As the congregation sings Silent Night, worshippers light hand candles, passing the light down the pew until the chapel is aglow with warm light breaking the darkness. The Christmas story from St. Luke is proclaimed – a small infant comes into the world as a light shattering the darkness of our lives.

A brass ensemble under the direction of Bob and Donna Cotter will accompany Christmas carols as worshippers at Circle of Grace Lutheran Chapel fill the Limestone College Chapel with the joy and gladness of Christmas. You are invited to this 5 p.m. candlelight service celebrating the birth of Christ. The hopefilled message of God’s Word, the joy of love coming down to earth, and the beauty of poinsettias help us proclaim the wonder of Christmas.
