State senator Harvey Peeler swears in Cherokee County Probate Judge Josh Queen Wednesday at the Cherokee County Courthouse. Queen ran unopposed for the position in November for his first full term after Peeler recommended him to Governor Mark Sanford to fill the unexpired term of the late Judge W.R. Douglas in February of 2004.
