The 21-year-old woman contacted police after switching lanes to avoid being forced off the road by the white SUV that was hauling a trailer, the report states. She provided the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office and the S.C. Highway Patrol with the vehicle's license plate number. The incident happened at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the vicinity of Mile Marker 92.
