Michelle Moss, Billy R. Smith Jr. and Jeanna Marie Smith announce the birth of their daughter and sister, Breanna Suzanne Smith, on Dec. 30, 2006, in Upstate Carolina Medical Center weighing 6 lbs. 7 ozs.

Maternal grandparents are Scott and Vickye Moss of Boiling Springs, N.C. Paternal grandparents are Bertha Smith, Tommy Steele, both of Gaffney, Billy Smith Sr. and Francine Bridges, both of Blacksburg.

Maternal great-grandparents are Charles and Sybil Moss of Earl, N.C., and Alfred and Ann Skates of Chesnee.
