Indians struggle at Capital Classic

Daniel Whisenant was the lone bright spot for the Gaffney golf team at the Capital Classic.

Whisenant fired a 79-77 - 156 to finish 12th out of the 104 golfers who competed in the 2-day event.

In the team competition, Gaffney finished 13th with a 334-334 - 668. Twenty-five teams participated in the event.

Gaffney will play Byrnes today.
