Diane Jefferies Dawkins, 51, of 611 Gardner St., wife of M i n i s t e r Harold Dawkins, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2007, at her home.

Daughter of the late Willie Jefferies Sr. and the late Vernie Norris Jefferies, she was a native of Gaffney and member of Glory to Glory Christian Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a daughter, Natalie Jefferies of the home; a son, Anthony Jefferies of the home; grandchildren reared as her children, Scott Littlejohn, Devin Littlejohn and Alex Jefferies of the home; four sisters, Rosa Jefferies, Carline Wilkins and Shirley Jefferies, all of Gaffney, and Persilla Coleman of Shelby; and two brothers, Willie Jefferies Jr. and Johnnie Jefferies of Gaffney.
