Former Clinton fireman charged with having sex while on duty

CLINTON, S.C. (AP) - A former firefighter has been charged with misconduct after having sex in a fire station while he was on duty, authorities said.

Randall Kevin Starnes, 43, of Clinton was arrested Thursday and charged with misconduct in office, the State Law Enforcement Division said.

Starnes had sex with a woman at a Clinton fire station over a period of three months, beginning in March 2006, SLED said.
