Soul singer Osborne will headline UNCF 'Salute to Education'

Soul singer Jeffrey Osborne will headline a scholarship fundraiser Thursday for the United Negro College Fund in Greenville. The fourth annual "Salute to Education" gala will be held at 7 p.m. at the Palmetto Expo in Greenville.

A student does not have to attend a historically black college to receive support from the UNCF. For example, a Limestone College student could attend the local school on a UNCF scholarship.
