Addict must be willing to quit
      Dear Annie: I've been married for six years and have two wonderful young children. My husband, 36, is a good man and a great, playful father. He has a wonderful job that has enabled me to quit mine and stay home with my children. The problem is my husband has a drug addiction. He smokes marijuana every day, all day, before work, after work and during his breaks.

      Farrah Laci Brasher and Timothy Wayne Mills, both of Pacolet, were married Saturday, Jan. 20, 2007, in Gatlinburg, Tenn. Mrs. Mills is the daughter of John and Cindy Brasher of Pacolet. A graduate of Hillcrest High School, she is employed at TeleQuest Communications in Spartanburg.

Sorority will select new officers at April meeting
      Xi Alpha Delta chapter of Beta Sigma Phi held its monthly meeting on March 5 at Magnolia's of Gaffney with 14 members present. After the Greek roll call and the opening ritual, the secretary, Patty Greene, read the minutes from the February meeting. President Libby Reed asked for reports from the officers and all committees.
