Simmons - Wyatt

Kelly T. Simmons and David Mark Wyatt Sam and Debra Thompson of Gaffney announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Thompson Simmons, to David Mark Wyatt, son of David Wyatt and Jean Wyatt, both of Gaffney.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Altie Thompson and the late Broadus Thompson, Betty McAbee and the late George McAbee. A graduate of Gaffney High School, she is a student at Spartanburg Community College.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mary and Bobby Wyatt, Francis Childers and the late Dean Childers. He graduated from Gaffney High School and Spartanburg Technical College and is employed by Duke Energy.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, May 12, at Central Baptist Church.
