"I hope community members will continue their Easter celebration by spending the afternoon with us."

George Frederic Handel's Messiah, written in 1741, is one of the best-known pieces of classical music in the world. While it is often performed at Christmastime, Handel originally wrote for the piece to be performed in the Easter season as Parts II and III of the celebrated work deal with The Passion and The Aftermath of Christ's death and resurrection.
