Services for Willie Dean Watkins, 57, of 421 Colonial Ave., husband of Joan G. Watkins, will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Foster Funeral Home, conducted by Dr. L.C. Duncan, Dr. Michael Bridges and the Revs. C.J. Davis and Daryl Smith.
