CHESNEE - Teresa Ann (Frog) Golden Matthews, 50, of 150 Kittie Road, passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2007, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Born in Gaffney, she was the daughter of the late James Golden and Virgie Spencer Golden and wife of Dennis Lamar Matthews. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, John Winford Osment of the home; a daughter, Crystal Griffin and husband, Carson, of Gaffney; a stepson, Leonard Matthews of Spartanburg; a brother, Billy West and wife, Pam, of Mayo; a sister, Donna Howard of Gaffney; and five grandchildren, Hayden Griffin, Sieth Griffin, Kaitlyn Griffin, Noah Goss and Matthew Murray.

Services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Blakely Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. James Garner. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery.

Visitation was held Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Blakely Funeral Home.

The family will be at the residence.
