Fund raisers

The Family Readiness Group is currently working on a cookbook as a fundraiser to assist in the support of local soldiers. The cookbook will be dedicated to the currently deployed soldiers from our local National Guard unit. Any business, organization, church or individual who would like to assist in the sponsoring of this publication or who would like to submit recipes should contact 864-487-9415 by July 14. All profits will be used on behalf of the soldiers and families of Co C 1-118th INF (M), Gaffney Army National Guard.

Support groups

AA meetings are held at 8 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday in the building behind Limestone Methodist Church on Carlisle Street. If you have a problem with alcohol, you are welcome to attend.
