Claudia Deborah Kubas Gross, 51, of Hummingbird Drive, SW, Shallotte, N.C., died Sunday, July 1, 2007.

Born in Billingham, Wash., on Dec, 28, 1955, she was a daughter of Claudia Norton Barnes of McColl, S.C., and the late Ralph Thomas Barnes. Ms. Gross was a customer service representative for BB&T Call Center in Whiteville, N.C.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a son, Aaron Chadwick Kubas, in November 2000.

Surviving, in addition to her mother are her husband, Raymond Gross, of the home and a brother, Steven Barnes, of McColl.
