Mildred Cody

Mildred Clary Cody, 82, of Gaffney, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 2, 2007, at Brookview Healthcare. Born in Gaffney, she was the daughter of the late James Claude Clary and Julie Johnson Clary and widow of Francis "Frank" E. Cody. She was a homemaker and member of Church of God International in Hickory, N.C. She is survived by a son, Dennis Cody and wife, Nancy, of Blacksburg; two grandchildren, P.J. Cody of Sunnydale, Calif., and William F. Cody of Houston, Texas; and two great-grandchildren, Caitlyn Cody and Seth Cody. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Frederick Memorial Gardens, conducted by Pastor Robert Wells.
