Kellys married 40 years

Novella and James Kelly James Henry and Novella Thompson Kelly of Gaffney celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on July 2, 2007.

Mr. and Mrs. Kelly were married in Blacksburg in 1967. Their children are Minister Donnie and Talisa Allen of Gaffney, Cynthia Kelly of Charlotte and Jamie Kelly of Gaffney. They have three grandchildren, Kellie, Laila and Donovan.

The couple were honored with a surprise dinner on Saturday, July 7, in the fellowship hall of Youngs Grove Baptist Church in Blacksburg. Hosts were the couple's children and grandchildren.
