Norma Faye Sellars Retired from textile industry Norma Faye Sellars, 69, of 1632 Pacolet Hwy., went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Aug. 9, 2007, at Hospice Home of Spartanburg. Born in Gaffney, she was the daughter of the late Harry Sellars and Lelia Linder Sellars. She was retired from the textile industry and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Surviving are three sons, Thomas Franklin Mode, Danny Mode and wife, Debbie, and Norman Eugene Mode, all of Gaffney; a daughter, Cindy Hughey and husband, Bryan, of Gaffney; three brothers, Ray Sellars, Charles Sellars and Henry Sellars, all of Gaffney; two sisters, Cleo Walker and Jean Sellars, both of Gaffney; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Shelton Sellars, and a sister, Floree Mullinax. Services were held Sunday at 4 p.m. in Blakely Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by the Revs. Delos Blanton and Richard Sellars. Interment was in Frederick Memorial Gardens. Visitation was held at the funeral home from 2-4 p.m. prior to the service.
