The public can go by the MOW office, 403 W. Montgomery St., the Palmetto Bank in Gaffney and Blacksburg, or Kelly's restaurant on Cherokee Street in Blacksburg to make a $1 donation to Meals on Wheels and enter to win. The drawing will be at Kelly's on the evening of Wednesday, Oct. 31.
