ARC Kids Day is set for Oct. 13

The American Red Cross is hosting a Master of Disaster kids' program on fire prevention and safety Oct. 13 from 10:30 a.m. until noon at 504 N. Logan St.

The free event is designed for kids up to the third grade, but all children are welcome. The program will help youngsters be prepared for emergencies. Kids will make a fun craft they can take home, and could win a WebKin of their choice. Snacks will be served.

Space is limited to the first 20 students. Pre-registration is required. Call 489-6066.
